My therapeutic style can best be described as client-centered and humanistic. Each person enters therapy as their own unique, multi-faceted self, and there really is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to healing. I create a safe, nurturing therapeutic space to support my clients in feeling understood, seen, and heard. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their goals, and what it is they most want from life. I utilize somatic experiencing, CBT, mindfulness and narrative therapy to empower clients to explore innate potential and to develop a deeper relationship to one’s resiliency. I have experience working with adults of all ages, families, couples, teens, and kids.
