Individual Therapy - Individual therapy is a joint process between the therapist and the individual. Individual therapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, talk therapy, and counseling. Talking with a skilled therapist can help overcome obstacles to well-being and improve quality of life.
People often seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Therapy can help one increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. People in therapy can learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. Many find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware. |
Couples Therapy - A type of psychotherapy in which a therapist with clinical experience working with couples helps two people involved in a romantic relationship gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.
Reunification Therapy - Reunification therapy is therapy designed to repair a parent-child relationship which has been disrupted either during or after a high conflict divorce. Typically, a non-custodial parent asks a court to order reunification therapy after one or more children stop following an agreed-upon or court-ordered parenting plan. |
