​I honor your first step in seeking the extra support and guidance you may be desiring at this time. I can offer specific skills and strategies that strengthen your confidence in handling whatever life experiences you are encountering right now. And equally important, I offer a safe and compassionate space as you begin the path of exploration into yourself and your life goals. I specialize in relationships, including the one you have with yourself.

I work with adolescents, young adults (18-25), and adults. My areas of experience include anxiety and depression, grief and loss, spirituality, disabilities and chronic pain, conflict resolution for couples, and forgiveness of self and others.
My aim is to make sure you feel heard, seen, and understood. And from there provide the support and guidance that can help you turn your insights into action, answers, and solutions as you move forward in your healing process – all the while respecting, and working at, your own pace.
