I am Keith Persico, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and change for the better. I will work with you to achieve whatever goals you want to achieve. The life journey is a very difficult journey with a lot of different lessons. Therapy is a place where you can get strategies and insights into your concerns, whether it's anxiety, depression, stress, or life changes. In therapy, I will assist you in whatever way I can to have a happier, healthier, and more comfortable life journey. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. My approach is person-centered, insight oriented, cognitive-behavioral, sensorimotor.
