Hello, my name is Diana Martinez (“Dee”), and my passion is working with children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, grief /loss, and PTSD. I am an associate marriage and family therapist, and I received my Bachelor and Master of Science degree from California Lutheran University. Throughout my training, I have focused on enhancing my ability to assist those who struggle from the emotional bonding components of their lives, the daily experiences of anxiety, the terrifying events surrounding PTSD, and the various ranges of trauma that one struggles with in their daily walk-through life.
I will strive to help you work through your emotions, behaviors, fears, and overall assist in providing you with developmental skills for a more peaceful existence, so that you may be able to enjoy a better tomorrow. Having a conversation is the first step to being heard, and I’m here to listen.
