My core therapeutic approach is an integration of multicultural mindfulness-based cognitive behavior and somatic experiences. I work with adults and couples to help them heal, recover, and build upon their strengths. I am passionate about empowering my clients and very skilled at meeting their needs based on the unique intersection of diverse life experiences and goals. I accomplish this by providing my clients with an integrative and collaborative holistic mind-body treatment care plan. I provide high-quality therapy that is evidence-based by drawing upon my extensive education, experience, training, and certifications.
