I am dedicated to providing a compassionate environment that holds a safe space for the healing process. I help to discover and explore the areas of the self that need tending; areas that when left untended contribute to feelings of depression and anxiety that may lead to substance abuse, relationship conflicts, and other emotional strains.
My approach is to address and resolve what brings one into therapy through exploration of nurturance and reconnection by incorporating all parts of the self. In a two-way approach, I emphasize the empowerment of uncovering tools deep within that we already possess while also incorporating important new tools into our daily life journey.
