l am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with a Somatic concentration. I am often amazed at the remarkable capacity for residency we humans hold and am a firm believer we all possess the ability to change and heal. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy. addiction/co occurring disorders depression and anxiety. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy, and that you are the author of your own story!
